Public Notice
The Town of Pawleys Island Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a Public Hearing at 3:30 p.m. on, Wednesday, November 15, 2023. The hearing will be held in the Town of Pawleys Island Town Hall at 323 Myrtle Avenue in Pawleys Island. The purpose of the hearing will be to receive public input on the following:
- VAR2023-00004: A request for a lot of record confirmation and a determination of the building site requirements for this property located in the Low-Density Residential District (R-1). The property is located at 338 Myrtle Avenue in Pawleys Island with the Tax Map Number 42-0167-043-00-00.
- VAR2023-00005: A request for a variance to Article 3-4.12: Fences, Section (D): The applicant is requesting a variance to the allowable building materials for fences. The property is located at 631 Spring Ave in Pawleys Island with the Tax Map Number 42-0175-002-00-00
