PURPOSE
The architectural review board is charged with the responsibility to protect the architectural integrity of residential structures and the character of the Town of Pawleys Island. The board reviews all new developments proposed within the town to determine whether they meet the design guidelines. Approval from the board must be received prior to starting any new construction project within the town.
