The Town of Pawleys Island has for sale by sealed bid a
2014 WHITE FORD EXPLORER
In compliance with the Town of Pawleys Island’s procurement ordinances, the town is requesting bids on one 2014 Ford Explorer 4-door with approximately 103,825 miles in fair condition. The vehicle was purchased new and driven primarily on Pawleys Island.
The vehicle is being sold strictly in “as-is, where-is” condition. Seller makes no warranties or representations to buyer whatsoever, either expressed or implied, regarding the condition of the vehicle, its equipment, its engine or other appurtenant parts or systems, or their fitness for any particular use or purpose. Interested bidders should contact Officer Brian Folmer at (843) 237-1698 for additional details and an appointment to view the vehicle. Bids should be clearly marked with the bidder’s name and address and labeled “Town of Pawleys Island Police Vehicle Bid.” Bids must be received in Pawleys Island Town Hall, 323 Myrtle Avenue, Pawleys Island, SC, 29585 before July 16 at 4:00 p.m. when they will be opened and read aloud. If a suitable bid is received, the bid will be awarded at that time. The town reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive irregularities.
