PUBLIC NOTICE
The Mayor and Council of the Town of Pawleys Island will conduct a Public Hearing at 5:00 PM on Monday, September 11, 2023, at the Pawleys Island Town Hall, 323 Myrtle Ave. During the public hearing, the Council will receive public comments on the following items:
A. Proposed Ordinance 2023-07: Amendment of Code of Ordinances, Article III, Nuisances to provide mitigation options to address identified unfit housing structures and property maintenance issues.
