The Mayor and Council of the Town of Pawleys Island will conduct a Public Hearing at 5:00 p.m. on Monday, June 11, 2018, at the Pawleys Island Chapel, 391 Myrtle Avenue. During the public hearing, council will receive public comments on the following items:
- Final Reading of Ordinance 2018-03: An Ordinance Rezoning 4,103 Sq. Feet of Parcel West of Springs Avenue from Conservation and Preservation (CP) to Residential (R-1). The Property is Located at 766 Springs Avenue. TMS Number 42-0177-002-00-00.
- Final Reading of Ordinance 2018-04: An Ordinance Amending Section 2-10.1 of the Code of Ordinances for the Town of Pawleys Island to Increase the Maximum Width of Beach Boardwalks or Walkways to 6 Feet.
