The Mayor and Council of the Town of Pawleys Island will conduct a Public Hearing at 5:00 pm on Monday, February 13, 2023, at the Pawleys Island Town Hall, 323 Myrtle Ave. During the public hearing, the Council will receive public comments on the following items:
Second Reading of Ordinance 2023-02: An Ordinance amending Chapter 24 Article I, Section 24-7 of the Town’s Code of Ordinances related to the Town Golf Cart Permit.
A copy of the proposed ordinances with full text is available for public inspection at Town Hall, 323 Myrtle Ave Pawleys Island, SC 29585.
