NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Town of Pawleys Island Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on Thursday, November 15, 2018, at 3:00 p.m. in the Pawleys Island Chapel, 391 Myrtle Avenue, to consider the following:
- ZBA-2018-02: Request by Guerry Green of Chapel View LLC for a variance from Section 3-2.2(E) of the Zoning Regulations (minimum yard requirements) to allow for the construction of a single-family home to encroach 10 feet into the front yard setback at 392 Myrtle Avenue, which is zoned Low Density Residential (R-1). Tax Number 42-0171-021-00-00.
Interested members of the public and adjoining landowners will have the opportunity to speak at the hearing and/or submit evidence and written comments on the application.
