The Town of Pawleys Island Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on Thursday, November 15, 2018, at 3:00 p.m. in the Pawleys Island Chapel, 391 Myrtle Avenue, to consider the following:

  1. ZBA-2018-02: Request by Guerry Green of Chapel View LLC for a variance from Section 3-2.2(E) of the Zoning Regulations (minimum yard requirements) to allow for the construction of a single-family home to encroach 10 feet into the front yard setback at 392 Myrtle Avenue, which is zoned Low Density Residential (R-1). Tax Number 42-0171-021-00-00.

Interested members of the public and adjoining landowners will have the opportunity to speak at the hearing and/or submit evidence and written comments on the application. The application and supporting materials may be reviewed and written comments on the applications may be submitted to the Town of Pawleys Island, 321 Myrtle Ave, Pawleys Island, South Carolina, 29585.
