Please be advised that the Georgetown County and Sewer District will be working on a water line repair project from September 24-26. This project will necessitate the closure of the North Causeway. The work is scheduled to begin on Wednesday, September 24th with an anticipated completion date of Friday September 26th. PLEASE USE THE SOUTH CAUSEWAY TO TRAVEL ON AND OFF THE ISLAND DURING THIS TIMEFRAME.
Town Hall will be accessible via Myrtle Ave throughout next week. There are no anticipated disruptions of water service to your homes during this project. I will remain in close coordination with Georgetown County Water and Sewer District throughout the next week and will provide additional updates if any changes to the scope or timing of the project arise.
