Christmas Eve Luminaries Lighting Pick-Up

First Annual Christmas Eve Luminary Night

In the spirit of the season, The Town of Pawleys Island will have luminaries for sale in memory of or to honor a loved one this holiday season. Homeowners and vacationers are all welcome to participate.  A coordinated lighting of the town will occur on Christmas Eve beginning at dusk.  We hope to cover the whole Island along sidewalks, driveways, and/or docks. If you are out of town or unable to participate luminaries can also be purchased to be placed in the Nature Park. Let’s make this the start of a beautiful holiday tradition, honoring our loved ones and blanketing our island with the warm glow of the season on Christmas Eve this year!

Christmas luminaries can be purchased online for $10 per bag (including votive). If you wish for your luminary to be placed in the Nature Park, please choose this option when purchasing. Luminary pickup will be at The Town Hall starting Thanksgiving weekend and continue right up till Christmas Eve. If unable to pick up luminaries, please contact events@townofpi.com.
