The Town of Pawleys Island, South Carolina, is requesting proposals from financial institutions with respect to a not to exceed $2,600,000 Accommodations Fee Revenue Bond, the proceeds of which will be used to fund the cost of the design, engineering and implementation of a beach renourishment project, as well as pay cost of issuance. Additional available documents include drafts of the Master Bond Ordinance, Series Ordinance, and Investment Letter. As noted, this installment financing will be tax-exempt and bank qualified.
