Rentals
Our Island rentals include the "Sea View Inn", a 20-room Inn serving three meals a day, "Pawleys Pier Village", a 42 unit Condominium Complex and many residential homes for weekly rental. The rental properties vary considerably in size, some large enough to accommodate very large extended families and others are reminiscent of the cottage-type beach houses of the past.
Occupancy days for weekly rentals vary but are usually from Saturday to Saturday. Special rates are available for the off-season. Specific information is available from either the Rental Companies and the Inn. We suggest making inquiries early as we fill up early during the prime summer months.
